  Infosys CEO Salil Parekh on Tuesday said the future workplace will be a hybrid one. “We also feel that the concept of social capital is important,” Parekh said, adding that the current focus is to ensure “it’s the right time…for us to work in a work environment”. The flexibility to work from anywhere is critical, he added.
