    Excise enforcement director Akun Sabharwal said the chargesheet in the drugs case would soon reveal if the film industry biggies who were questioned, were victims or the accused. He said solid evidence was collected and added that the probe is progressing at a brisk pace. He said a chargesheet would be filed by December. He said the forensic report would be given very soon. He, however, said ‘no comments’ when asked if any other actors would be questioned.
