Passengers flying over India may soon be able to surf the internet on board a flight but may have to shell out at least 20-30% of the fare. The charges for net connection might range from Rs 500 to Rs 1,000 for 30 minutes to an hour as per international standards, making in-flight data connectivity too expensive for passengers and airlines in the domestic sector.
